Quantum science is now showing proof that our personalities are not fixed. We can create new possibilities regarding our ways of being by changing our identity from a molecular level.

It all starts with self-awareness. In order to change old habits and, in essence, change our accustomed neural connections, we must first observe and become aware of our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Although this task requires our discipline, intention and focus, it can prove to be the most rewarding and beneficial step we take towards our well-being.
